University degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related discipline, Strong track record in designing and executing global eCommerce strategies, Proven cross-channel expertise (assortment, pricing, promotions, communication, portfolio management), Highly developed analytical, strategic, and conceptual capabilities, Extensive experience leading and developing international leadership teams, Confident communicator with strong presentation skills at C-level, Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus, High intercultural competence and readiness for international travel, Experience in FMCG, ideally covering both B2B and B2C business models, Background in pet food or agrifeed markets is beneficial but not essential, Strong negotiation and influencing skills, Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong execution focus, Inspiring leadership and coaching capabilities, Change leadership with a passion for innovation and transformation, Assertiveness combined with persuasive communication, High drive, resilience, and results orientation, Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills, Solid understanding of eCommerce technologies, platforms, and digital tools
