Head of Basic Design Division (as a part of Structure and Outfitting Department)

Master's degree (PhD welcome) or recognized equivalent in the maritime, Minimum 10 years of professional experience in shipbuilding or offshore engineering, Strong background in Hull structures and/or outfitting are preferred, Proven experience in technical leadership or team management will be an additional advantage., Very good knowledge of shipbuilding and related technologies, Practical experience with class rules and regulations, Very good command of spoken and written English, Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex engineering topics, Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to problem solving, Natural authority combined with the ability to motivate and develop engineers, Excellent time management and organizational skills are required
