Your responsibilities

• Operating the technical helpdesk for security systems across JD Sports Fashion plc Group
• Monitoring and handling email and phone enquiries efficiently and in line with established KPIs
• Coordinating contractors’ work in accordance with agreed SLAs and providing after-hours support on a rota basis
• Remote configuration and support of alarm, CCTV, and EAS systems
• Verifying proper functioning of equipment during service and handovers
• Keeping technical support inventory records up to date
• Using RT Ticket System and other relevant tools to manage support tasks and ensure they are completed on time
• Monitoring expenses and assisting with purchase order creation and invoice processing for suppliers
• Collaborating with project and installation teams to resolve post-installation issues
• Ensuring full confidentiality of company-related information and secure handling of documentation

Our requirements

• Experience in operating a technical support helpdesk (preferably in the security field)
• Attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, and punctuality
• Self-discipline and adherence to procedures
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Readiness to potentially work on some Saturdays/Sundays and in a shift system 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm and 2pm – 10pm
