Currently, due to the development of the Ferro Group, we are looking for a person for the position:Group Brands Activation CoordinatorKey responsibilitiesBuilding strong and consistent brands and company communication by translating values, business strengths, and strategic initiatives into engaging stories;Supporting brands development initiatives, including rebranding projects and long-term company storytelling;Turning Group-level marketing strategies into real actions that make a difference across markets;Collaborating with HR on employer branding and internal communication;Coordinating communication for new launches, strategic Group projects and internal initiatives;Ensure consistency of trade marketing actions, e.g. display standards, POS materials, and sales activations across all Group markets;Organizing central events and trade fairs, combining communication and trade marketing competencies where needed;Working closely with sales, local marketing teams, HR, and external agencies - because effective marketing is built on collaboration.RequirementsAt least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in B2B and B2C marketing within an international organization;Ability to integrate brands communication into one coherent, centrally coordinated approach;Creativity combined with analytical thinking and the ability to turn insights into action;Proactive, action-oriented mindset with strong ownership and initiative;Strong results orientation with well-developed organizational and time-management skills;Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards;Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment;Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);English at B2 level or higher.Our offerA central, international marketing role with real influence on Group-level communication and brand development.The opportunity to work on diverse projects combining brand, communication, and selected trade marketing initiatives.Cooperation with experienced local teams and external agencies across multiple markets.A high level of autonomy, responsibility, and visibility within the organization.The chance to shape marketing stories that go beyond products and focus on long-term brand value.Discounts on our products;Holiday allowance;Private medical care;One extra day off per year;A hybrid work model.We are sorry - this content is not available in selected language.
