Long-term contracts only in remote environment.We've been supporting apparel world leader in US and across the globe for over 25 years now.Requirements:Fluent English communicationClothing / Fashion education and hands on experienceKnowledge of the principles of cutting and sewingKnowledge of clothing terminology in EnglishAbility to work in Adobe Illustrator with proven experienceFlexibility, accuracy and perseverance in performing tasksOpenness to learning new systemsAbility to work under time pressureCommunication skills and predisposition to work effectively in an English-speaking teamFull-time work availability with flexible hoursJob Description:Create seasonal art pages for requested brandsAct as a liaison between the screen print production facilities (including PA team) and designCommunicate with factories on how to achieve the best production resultsEnsure all separation art files and art pages are being executed consistently using the company templateCommunicate with Design Operations on finalized files to be uploadedCommunicate daily with overseas partners to resolve questions or issues and send any requested standards for Sourcing and ProductionSeparate artwork for screen prints so that it is prepared for printingUtilize digital presentation and style tracker to keep track of processAssist with setting up key cross functional handoff meetingsPartner with Design Operations on the seasonal 'Trip Book' (Line Plan Catalog) for Sourcing, which includes all art techniques for costing purposesAdd detail to season production charts for all brandsEnsure all PLM data is completed for each graphicSpecial projects as assignedBenefits:Private Health CareFully Remote PositionFlexible working hoursHardware and software includedUnlimited training budget and individual career developmentFriendly atmosphere based on mutual trustInternational trips possibilitiesAdditional days off within the contractYour applications must be submitted in English only.Recruitment:Introductory meeting (main) – one hour – teleconference with me and the Head of the Design Department, conducted in English.
