Excellent university degree (Master’s/Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a comparable field, Ideally with a focus on Production Management / Production Planning & Control, Digital Factory / Digital Production, Automation & Manufacturing Engineering or Technology Management, Practical experience through industrial internships, working student roles or as a research assistant, preferably in production planning, digital factory planning, simulation technology, virtual commissioning, or production digitalization projects., A self‑driven, creative and committed working style, paired with strong analytical and structured thinking., A true team-player with high motivation and the curiosity to learn and grow in an international environment., Genuine enthusiasm for innovation and the future of the commercial vehicle industry, Intercultural competence, evidenced by at least three months of international experience., Very good English language skills
