Global Mobility Specialist with German (f/m/x)

2–5 years of professional experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, HR SSC, Total Rewards, Payroll, Tax or a related area, Experience in an international, corporate or Shared Services Center (SSC) environment, Very good command of English and German (minimum B2 – written and spoken), Experience in working with external service providers (relocation, immigration, tax, payroll), Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with data and documentation, Experience with HR systems and tools (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Global Mobility systems) is highly desirable, Very good communication skills and ability to cooperate with stakeholders at different organizational levels, Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Proactive attitude, problem‑solving skills and willingness to continuously develop expertise in global mobility
