Technologies we use

Your responsibilities

  • Own and manage a global portfolio of IT supplier contracts (~400)
  • Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle (drafting, negotiation, renewal, termination)
  • Drive complex commercial negotiations with key IT suppliers
  • Ensure contracts meet legal, risk, and compliance standards (e.g. data protection, security)
  • Identify and mitigate commercial, legal, and operational risks
  • Deliver cost savings and commercial value across IT spend
  • Lead and support global sourcing initiatives (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs)
  • Act as a strategic partner to IT and senior stakeholders
  • Manage supplier escalations and commercial disputes
  • Improve procurement governance, KPIs, and contract performance transparency

Our requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial vendor management
  • Proven track record managing large, international IT contract portfolios
  • Extensive experience negotiating complex IT contracts (software licensing, SaaS, cloud, managed services, professional services)
  • Strong experience leading or supporting global RFPs
  • Hands-on experience working with Legal on contract terms and risk mitigation
  • Experience in multinational organizations with Europe and US exposure
  • Experience with major IT vendors and system integrators is strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of IT contracting models and commercial structures
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud consumption models, and outsourcing contracts
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring skills
  • Solid understanding of data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements in IT contracts
  • Financial acumen: TCO, cost modeling, benchmarking, and savings tracking
  • Ability to interpret and challenge supplier pricing and contract language
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
