assisting in the development of tools, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and impact
coordinating with local claims teams to ensure consistent adoption of Group standards
contributing to process reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement across markets

fluency in English
university degree in business, law, or IT studies
2–5 years of experience in consulting, insurance, or transformation project support
strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and presentation
ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-country teams
proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organisational skills
