Have you ever done laundry at work?

Strange? With us it's normal :)

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment/ IT equipment, and we have so much equipment in the office that you will almost feel at home.

 

 Tasks:

- Provide technical support to equipment users.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

- Providing information on products and their functionality.

- Entering requests into the system.

 

Our requirements:

- Very good command of German,

- Good command of English,

- Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). 

- Communicativeness, willingness to learn.

- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

- Availability for a minimum of 120 hrs per month.

 

We recruit remotely! Learn about the stages of recruitment:

  • Screening - initial phone or e-mail contact.
  • Language test.
  • Online interview via Teams.

What we offer: ​

- Civil contract with a rate of PLN 50,00 gross/hour.

Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, + 2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.

- The possibility of arranging a convenient collaboration schedule; the project works on Monday-Friday 9:00 - 18:00, and Saturday 10:00 - 16:00.

- ​The possibility of switching to hybrid work after 2 months - after training and the first month of independent work with good performance and obtaining the manager's permission. How do we understand hybrid work? 3 weeks from home, 1 week from the office.
