Zakres obowiązków Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in accordance with accounting principles. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies. Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring transactions are properly recorded. Assist in preparing internal financial reports for management. Support external and internal audits by providing documentation and explanations. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant accounting standards. Perform monthly reconciliations for assigned accounts (cash, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, etc.). Conduct variance analysis and identify unusual trends or differences. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with financial data as needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes. Assist in implementing new tools, systems, or upgrades related to finance and accounting. Work closely with AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, and other finance teams. Wymagania Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. min 1-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or similar role Experience in shared services or corporate accounting is an advantage.
