GenAI & Cloud Solution Engineer

As an all‑cloud service and consulting provider for midsize and large enterprises, we speak cloud fluently: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS – you name it.We are looking for a GenAI & Cloud Solution Engineer to join our engineering team and deliver generative AI solutions for international enterprise projects.Your Role:As a GenAI & Cloud Solution Engineer, you will design, build and integrate generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment. You will work on full‑stack GenAI applications, AI agents and cloud infrastructure, helping turn innovative concepts into production‑ready solutions.Your Responsibilities:Develop and integrate generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and AWS BedrockDesign and implement full‑stack GenAI solutions (frontend & backend)Build AI agents and connectors to various data sources (e.g. via MCP servers)Apply and optimise prompt engineering techniques for enterprise use casesDesign and develop databases as part of GenAI implementationsSet up and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processesSupport the setup, management and scaling of cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Develop software solutions using Java, Python and/or C#Use and optimise VibeCoding tools, e.g. GitHub CopilotCollaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environmentYour Profile:Extensive experience with Azure AI Foundry and AWS Bedrock in the development and integration of generative AI solutionsProven project experience in GenAI projects within an enterprise environment, ideally from concept to productionHands‑on experience with full‑stack GenAI solutions (frontend & backend)Experience in creating AI agents, including connectors to various data sourcesStrong expertise in prompt engineeringExperience in database development for GenAI use casesProficiency with GitLab and setting up CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of setting up, managing and scaling cloud infrastructures as well as IaCPractical experience in software development with Java, Python and/or C#Experience in using and optimising GitHub Copilot or similar toolsTeam‑oriented and agile way of working, with strong communication skills in cross‑functional teamsFluent in English (German is a plus)Benefits:B2B or employment contractWorking with latest technologiesIndustry‑leading healthcare and comprehensive medical coverage (Luxmed)Opportunities to enhance your qualificationsCustomizable 1‑on‑1 English or German lessonsModern computer equipmentOpportunities to network and connect (get‑togethers, team‑building events)Employee referral programmeFlexible working scheduleLocation:Rzeszów, with the flexibility to work 100% remotely or combine office presence with home office - your choice.Take your GenAI & cloud engineering skills to new heights and gain the most in‑demand expertise.Sounds like a fit?
