Gen AI / ML Engineer (Semantic Kernel)

What you will do

• Build and optimize AI agents using Semantic Kernel as the primary framework.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration workflows and containerized deployments using Docker.
• Design and manage data ingestion pipelines for document processing, indexing, vectorization, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Stay enthusiastic about professional growth, proactive in skill enhancement, and motivated to embrace new opportunities while contributing to innovative AI solutions.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Requirements

• Strong Python programming background.
• Expertise in Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) for pipelines and document processing.
• Familiarity with Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Container Apps (ACA).
• Understanding of vector databases and indexing techniques.
