About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the implementation partner to ensure project goals align with business objectives.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 F&O to support financial, supply chain, and operational processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption.
  • Support data migration activities, including validation and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver post-implementation support and lead efforts to continuously improve system performance.
  • Assist in the creation of user documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams, business users, and external partners.
  • Provide production support for locations that are live, resolving issues and ensuring system stability as well as continuously improve system performance.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, preferably in an implementation or rollout capacity.
  • Several years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP, including configuration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, with experience in stakeholder management across diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as part of project work.

Optional

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O are a plus.
