There is no micromanagement or constant supervision here; you will be the master of your own backlog, responsible for organizing your workload, identifying your needs, and ensuring top-tier quality in a mission-critical medical environment.DetailsRole Type: Fullstack (Python + React) with a strong Testing/QA focus.Duration: 7 – 12 months.Domain: MedTech (Medical Technology).Autonomy Level: High (Self-organized, no daily monitoring).ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & QA Hybrid: Build and develop backend components using FastAPI while simultaneously creating manual and automated test suites.BDD Implementation: Collaborate with the team to define and implement BDD scenarios using Cucumber and Behave.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust test automation pipelines.Frontend Work: Contribute to the React application layer.Documentation: Maintain high-quality technical documentation to ensure the long-term maintainability of the MedTech solution.RequirementsBackend: 3+ years of professional experience with Python (Web), specifically using FastAPI and PostgreSQL.Frontend: Approximately 3 years of hands-on experience with React.Testing Mastery: Deep knowledge of BDD (Cucumber / Behave) and an analytical approach to scenario definition.DevOps & Tools: Mandatory proficiency in Git and experience building automation pipelines.Soft Skills: Extreme proactivity and the ability to work independently.
