Fullstack Developer (Java+React)

Industry: BankingWork model: Hybrid in Warsaw, Łódź or Tricity - 3 days a week in the officeRate: up to 175 PLN/h (B2B contract)We’re looking for experienced Fullstack Developers (Java & React) to join a greenfield project called Structured Loan Manager/Covenant. The project is at an early stage, with a dedicated business team closely involved in shaping and refining requirements.You’ll be working in an Agile team that values collaboration and open communication. In this role, you’ll be responsible not only for building features in Java and React, but also for shaping the user experience, breaking down requirements into stories, and supporting end-to-end testing.Main Responsibilities: Build high-quality features using Java and React.Help shape a smooth and intuitive user experience.Work closely with the team in an Agile environment.Break down business requirements into clear user stories.Support and contribute to end-to-end testing.Key Requirements: Strong experience with Java 17+ (8+ years).Solid hands-on experience with React (5+ years).Proven experience with Spring Boot (5+ years).Strong knowledge of JPA and ORM concepts (5+ years). Nice to Have: Experience with Selenium.Hands-on experience with Liquibase for database versioning.Good working knowledge of Maven.Experience with Cucumber or other BDD testing frameworks.
