Full Stack Developer (React / TypeScript / .NET)

Location: Wrocław (Hybrid, 2 days/week onsite)Contract: B2B, 150–180 PLN/h + VATStart: ASAP / ≤1 Month / FlexibleWe are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer skilled in React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and backend development in .NET Framework / .NET 8. You will work across the stack, building scalable, performant, and accessible web applications.ResponsibilitiesDevelop front-end features using React.js and TypeScript.Implement state management with Redux Toolkit.Build and maintain backend services in .NET.Ensure application performance, accessibility, and code quality (ESLint, code reviews).Collaborate with Designers, BAs, Architects, and Product Owners.Support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements.Mentor junior developers and follow best practices.Requirements8+ years of full stack experience.Strong React skills (components, hooks, lifecycle).Excellent TypeScript knowledge.Experience with Redux Toolkit, async logic, and API integrations.Practical experience with .NET Framework / .NET 8.Knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, W3C).Git proficiency.Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum.Nice to HaveJest / React Testing Library.Zod schema validation.Open‑source contributions.Familiarity with other JS libraries/frameworks.BenefitsMedicover healthcareMultisport cardE‑learning platform accessGroup life insurance
