While we cannot guarantee immediate project, we promise to contact you when the right opportunity arises.Contract type: B2BScope of tasks:Creating best-in-class design solutions and user experiencesMapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes and interfacesEnsuring the designs meet project requirements and standards, and are consistent across the productInvolving in research to understand how the product is performing and identifying opportunities for further enhancementsReviewing and improving current products, with continuous optimisation through analytics tools like Google Analytics and HotjarWorking in an end-to-end digital processVisualising your ideas and inspiring othersExperience working with large design systemsManaging and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and vendorsCollaborate closely with the Product Manager to align design objectives and project goalsWorking on a big project involving multiple international and multidisciplinary teams of researchers, strategists, data analysts, product managers, product owners, and developers to translate business requirements into engaging design solutionsWhat skills and experience do we expect?Strong portfolio of commercial projectsFull understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needsUnderstanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive designUnderstanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similarFamiliarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practicesGood command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)Good communication and presentation skillsProactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and figure things outExtreme attention to detail
