If so, we look forward to hearing from you!Contract type: B2BHourly rate: 80 - 120 PLN Net +VATAvailability: at least 20 hours per week (availability for meetings with clients/teams during standard working hours, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; remaining work can be performed asynchronously)About the role:As a Freelance Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business goals with digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, developers, and product teams to define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure that delivered products create measurable value.Scope of tasks: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsTranslate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Data teamsFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviewsAnalyze business processes and identify optimization opportunitiesSupport product delivery throughout the entire lifecycleEnsure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical solutionsWhat skills and experience do we expect?Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in digital/IT/consulting projects)Product management or technical backgroundExperience in digital product development (web/mobile)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsAbility to clearly document requirements (user stories, BPMN/UML, process maps)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsVery good command of English, and Polish (spoken and written)Proactive mindset and ownership of delivered outcomesNice to have:Background in consulting, UX research, or data analysisFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Miro, and FigmaIIBA certification or similarWho are we?Flying Bisons is a leading Digital Consulting & Delivery company based in the heart of Europe, Warsaw.
