About the project

Your responsibilities

• Designing and building visually compelling Framer templates that we’ll sell on marketplaces for small and medium businesses. This part gives you a lot of creative freedom in terms of visuals, structure, and storytelling.
• Designing high-quality websites and web apps in Figma for internal products and external clients.
• Integrating motion and interaction design into web projects using tools such as Figma, Framer, Jitter, and Spline.
• Supporting copy direction when needed, ensuring that design and content work together seamlessly to create a strong conversion-focused experience.
• Improving and creating design processes – we value proactivity, feedback, and smart optimization of workflows.

Our requirements

• Native Polish speaker
• Communicative English at B2 level or higher 🇺🇸🇬🇧 (Netflix with no subtitles)
• Truly Figma-native and open to learning new tools
• Strong Framer skills – with a portfolio to prove it
• Excited about motion design, 3D elements, and advanced interactions
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
• Strong practical knowledge of UX principles and design methodology, combined with solid UI skills and understanding of responsive standards and front-end limitations
• Confidence in client communication and full ownership of product design – from concept to final visual output
• Ability to clearly present and defend your ideas
• Availability for occasional evening calls with US clients
• Self-driven, organized, proactive, and continuously improving your craft

Optional

• Experience working in a fully remote environment
• Familiarity with Webflow
• Ability to automate parts of your workflow using AI tools
• Background in branding, digital marketing, or user experience design
