Food Regulatory Compliance Analyst (m/f)

High University diploma in Food Science or related discipline., Min. 1-year experience in Food Industry or similar area., Fluent English. Additional language: French, Spanish, Italian (or other) will be an advantage., Advanced level of computer literacy (specifically Excel, SAP, Outlook and Lotus Notes desirable)., Familiar with Food Law Requirements. Understands specific food safety management and food regulatory issues, possesses sufficient understanding on product composition and communication of regulatory information., Has fundamental knowledge of local food legislation, how a recipe and label are developed and how the food chain impacts on food safety., Contributes to regulatory assessments of Product Development and Commercialization projects, able to apply the experience gained and engage with the business., Knowledge of Food Safety Quality Systems/Food Certification Standards (Halal/Kosher/Organic) will be an advantage., Good analytical and statistical skills., Organized, methodical, detail-oriented and able to multi-task., Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, with a high sense of urgency. Proactive and flexible approach., Strong communication skills., Critical Thinking & Problem solving., Project Management Skills.
