Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (M/K)

Zakres obowiązków Monthly reporting, forecasting and variance analysis (P&L, Cash Flow, Capex) Preparation of performance summaries and management commentary Rolling forecasts, budgeting and long‑term financial planning Ad hoc analyses, scenario modelling and decision support Close collaboration with FP&A Manager and wider FP&A team Continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes Wymagania Min. 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or reporting Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (certifications are a plus) Good English skills, both written and spoken Strong Excel skills and SAP experience Analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders Nice to have: FMCG/CPG experience, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), GAAP knowledge Oferujemy Direct employment contract with the client Annual bonus Private medical care (Medicover), life insurance Wide range of trainings and certifications Hybrid work model, modern office and home office equipment Permanent work offer.
