Financial Controller

University degree in finance, economics, or accounting., Minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling or auditing (experience in a consulting firm or a large manufacturing company preferred)., Very good knowledge of SAP and IT tools supporting controlling processes., Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, financial modeling)., Knowledge of financial and management accounting principles (both Polish and international standards)., Very good command of English., Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage., Strong analytical, interpersonal, and planning skills., Ability to conduct comprehensive business analyses and collaborate across various organizational levels., Proactive approach and a strong focus on process improvement.
