Your responsibilities would include: day-to-day executing activities for RtR CoEdemonstrating internal control mind-set and embedding internal controls into processes so controls are designed and executed effectively and any deficiency is mitigateddelivering the Financial reporting processes in line with the Group and local Policies and Guidance and delivering all financial reports in line with HEINEKEN's Global Finance Policies & Procedures and local legislationproviding all necessary analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable them to sign off all required financial statementsproviding all necessary analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable them to sign off all required Direct Tax returnsfacilitating external audit for Group and local purposes for all OpCos in scopemanaging effective and rigorous controls to ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and Global & Local Accounting standardssupporting OpCo finance team in interactions with the Local Authorities, leveraging the team in HGSS Transactional Servicessupporting resolution of any escalation done by Opco Finance and Non-Finance Departments for resolution – ensuring open and timely communication as One Finance Teamdriving own personal development in leadership, finance-specific skills, and business knowledge by implementing his/her development plan.You are a good candidate if you have: 3+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting and/or financial analysisBachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accountinggood knowledge of IFRSexcellent organizational and time-management skillsdetail-oriented mindset and ability to focus on qualityvery good Excel skillscollaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and externalvery good written and verbal English.
