Financial Accountant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, Proven experience as GL accountant or Reporting Specialist (3-5 years), Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, IFRS and management accounting techniques, Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, as well as advanced MS Excel skills, Experience in building process automations using AI tools (e.g., AI agents such as Claude or similar solutions) - nice to have but not required, Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations, Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively, Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, Fluent Polish and English
