Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your roleThe role is primarily to support and manage day-to-day finance and accounting processes, acting as a P2P SPOC.Your tasksActing as a P2P SPOC, supporting and managing day-to-day finance and accounting processes in the following areas:Resolve AP queries and escalationsMonitor KPIs and not confirmed GRProvide coding and monitor non PO invoicesProvide coding details for the invoice allocationReconcile VMS vs GFS and resolve issues, cash bonus, VMS SPOCManage Accruals – perform split by BU, manage level of accruals and justificationMonitor of AP AgingProcess and procedure improvements /KSeF as CIT and Deff Tax CalculationTake part in monthly and annual closing process, manage transactional part of GL activitiesSupport reporting, accounting / statutory, compliance and audit teamsYour profile4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.Experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes.Extensive end-to-end process knowledge within P2P/R2A.Strong knowledge of IFRS.Proven ability in designing, creating and implementing new solutions within finance processes.Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.Experience in driving process improvements and delivering measurable benefits.Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.Strong analytical skills.What You'll love about working herePractical benefits: private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and 40+ options on our NAIS benefit platform, including Netflix, Spotify or Sports card.
