Field Service Engineer

Education: Technical degree or diploma in mechanics (automotive, industrial, heavy machinery, or equivalent), Experience: Proven background (from around 5 years onwards) in mechanical repair and maintenance (mechanical systems 60-70%, hydraulics 20-30%, pneumatics 10% of work), Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation; manual dexterity and precision, Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive problem-solving, and excellent negotiation skills, Languages: Proficient English (reading and writing) is mandatory for international collaboration, Mobility: Readiness for on-site interventions at customer locations
