You will focus on the implementation and development of business processes using the FerrytFlow BPMN platform, playing a key role in optimizing critical banking operations. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency in transactional workflows, supporting the bank’s digital transformation journey.Your main responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation and developmentConfigure processes on the Ferryt (BPMS) platformDevelop and customize process models on the FerrytFlow platformProvide support and training to system usersEnsure seamless integration and operation of business processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to process configurationsDocument process setups and updatesYou're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum 2 years of experience in BPMN process configuration, preferably with Ferryt platformKnowledge of Ferryt 2.0 and experience with MS SQL, including creating SQL queriesBasic understanding of HTML and CSSFamiliarity with BPMN and UML notationsStrong analytical and logical thinking skillsGood communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearlyCommunicative command of English and Polish, especially for technical documentationIt is a strong plus if you have: (optional)Knowledge of C#Experience with T-SQLFamiliarity with agile project management methodologiesLanguage Required for the role:Polish (good command), English (communicative)We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
