Wymagania

Fluent English, both spoken and written (all work is in English)., Ability to conduct professional conversations, negotiations, and presentations., Experience in B2B sales (preferably export, technical, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or glass-related sectors)., Excellent communication and customer relationship skills., Strong self organization and independence in managing your sales pipeline., Ability to work remotely while staying highly proactive., Driving license category B (company car provided)., Good computer skills (Office, email, CRM-like tools)., Experience working with foreign distributors, wholesalers, or OEM clients., Knowledge of export procedures, logistics, Incoterms, and international shipping., Knowledge of additional languages., Ability to read basic technical drawings., Previous experience in the glass industry or building materials sector.
