This is an extensive, enterprise-wide initiative that requires structured planning, tracking, and remediation activities.The role involves supporting executive-level reporting to senior technology leadership and focuses on planning and building the review and remediation plan, tracking deliverables, managing overall scope, and ensuring structured documentation and reporting.The work is delivered in line with strong Conduct & Values principles, with emphasis on doing what is right, delivering fair customer outcomes across the end-to-end lifecycle, protecting market integrity, and prudently managing conduct risks.   Expected competences and knowledge Enterprise-level project management experience Management and project experience IPMA Project Management certification or equivalent Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification or equivalent Strong planning and organizing skills Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations Ability to formulate strategies and concepts Strong stakeholder management skills Strong documentation and reporting skills Fluent spoken and written English   Responsibilities you'll have Scope the project, clearly define deliverables, and ensure execution within agreed timelines Build and manage the review and remediation plan Maintain a tracking dashboard covering project progress, next steps, and project metrics Provide executive reporting and structured documentation Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders Ensure consistent communication with senior leaders Professionally engage with senior specialists across diverse fields Set up and facilitate workshops Maintain dialogue and ensure regular contextual discussions Manage escalations and coordinate interactive planning and delivery   Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
