As an Operations Specialist in our Global Charging Control Tower team, you will oversee the performance and reliability of our EV charging infrastructure across all DSV locations. By proactively monitoring charger health, coordinating with local teams and service providers, and acting swiftly when issues arise, you’ll ensure seamless operations and high standards of safety and quality. This position blends technical expertise with hands-on coordination, making it ideal for someone passionate about electromobility, operational excellence, and making a tangible impact on the future of logistics.In addition to supporting live operations, you’ll contribute your technical insight to new EV charging projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to set industry standards and deliver innovative solutions.  Key Responsibilities  Oversee the operational status and performance of EV chargers across all DSV locations globally. Proactively monitor system dashboards and reports to detect anomalies, incidents, or maintenance needs. Act as the first point of contact and escalation for local teams when issues are discovered, providing technical guidance and coordinating resolution. Track and report KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and operational performance to management. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and proper handling and documentation of all operational activities. Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement. Support project teams with technical expertise during new site rollouts, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the control tower team to develop and refine monitoring, reporting, and escalation processes.   Your Profile  Technical background (electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field preferred). Experience in operations support, maintenance coordination, or technical service roles. Familiarity with EV charging systems, electrical installations, and safety standards is a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
