Employer: International sensor companyLocation: Bielsko-Biała (hybrid work model with mandatory office visits 1- 2 days every one to two weeks)Rate: 11 500 - 15 000 PLN on UoPCooperation model: Employment contractStart date: ASAPRecruitment process: 2-3 online interviews As an ERP Application Support Manager, you will be the first point of contact for ERP-related support in our Poland office. You’ll handle 1st and 2nd-level support, contribute to documentation and training, and collaborate with both local and international teams to ensure smooth ERP operations. This role bridges technical understanding with business process insight, making it ideal for someone eager to grow in a dynamic, multinational environment.  Your role is:-> Provide 1st and 2nd-level support for ERP systems, escalating complex issues when needed;-> Triage incoming tickets, resolve common issues, and coordinate with central support teams;-> Maintain and update documentation: support tickets, configuration changes, user guides, FAQs; -> Assist in ERP-related administrative tasks such as user access setup, system configurations, and release coordination;-> Support training efforts by preparing materials and guiding end users through system functionalities;-> Collaborate with Key Users, Business Process Managers, and IT colleagues across countries;-> Communicate clearly and professionally in English with both local and international stakeholders.  Your skills and experiences:-> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.;-> 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role;-> Excellent proficiency in English (verbal and written);-> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;-> Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;-> Basic knowledge of ERP systems (IFS, SAP, or similar);-> Eagerness to learn and adapt in a multicultural, tech-driven environment;-> Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance.; -> Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow);-> Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint);-> Exposure to training or onboarding processes. Our client offers:-> Sharing the costs of private medical care;-> Sports activities;-> Online Trainings;-> Sharing the costs of life insurance;-> Flexible working time;> Integration events.
