Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist Europe (K/M)

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university required., Degree in EHS, or related field (education required to perform health and safety duties in Poland), 5 years of relevant experience in an EHS capacity, including all aspects of project execution., 2 years’ experience implementing EHS systems (ISO 14001, 45001), Auditors Qualification preferred (ISO 14001/45001), CMIOSH or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) strongly preferred, or eligibility to obtain within 2 years., 4 years LEAN Manufacturing experience required., Proven recent experience with risk management and business continuity., Detailed knowledge of current Environmental, Health, and Safety legislation, regulations, and standards for European locations., Superior organizational & communication skills, Producing concise information & driving a safety culture, Ability to prioritize, work to tight deadlines, both prescribed and self-imposed, Establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels, Flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones to meet the needs of stakeholders, Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Teams required, Speaking: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers., English languages skills. Knowledge of multiple languages a plus (French and Italian especially).
