Twój zakres obowiązków

• Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project roadmap, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Process Mapping & Optimization: Lead workshops to document "As-Is" processes and design "To-Be" workflows that leverage ERP best practices while respecting our unique industrial requirements.
• Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for software providers and consultants, ensuring deliverables meet technical specifications, stay on schedule, and remain within budget.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with department heads to ensure data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training programs are executed seamlessly.
• Governance & Reporting: Provide regular status updates to the executive steering committee, highlighting critical path items and budget tracking.

Nasze wymagania

• Proven Track Record: Successful lead-delivery of at least 5 full-cycle ERP implementations within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Understanding of project-based manufacturing (Engineer-to-Order/Make-to-Order), including BOM management, shop floor scheduling, and supply chain logistics.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience in Business Process Mapping (BPMN) and project management software (MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet).
• Language: Professional-level fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
• Exceptional Planning: You don't just follow a plan; you anticipate bottlenecks before they happen.
• Stakeholder Influence: The ability to navigate resistance to change and build consensus among diverse teams.
• Analytical Rigor: A data-driven approach to problem-solving, particularly during data cleansing and migration phases.
