Type of contractA B2B contract for your flexibility and competitive compensation packageLocationA remote work model encouraging work-life balance.Salary100-155 PLN/h netto+VAT (B2B)Job descriptionAs an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding STX Next’s client base in Poland by building relationships with enterprise prospects and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process. The position focuses on hands-on business development activities and direct engagement with enterprise clients. At this stage, the scope does not include people management responsibilities, with an emphasis placed on individual performance and client acquisition.ResponsibilitiesBuild and own your pipeline of enterprise clients using all available resources, including your personal network of contactsGenerate leads and schedule introduction meetings with prospectsQualify leads through STX Next’s structured discovery processManage the pre-sales relationship with prospects, increasing engagement and identifying opportunities to sell servicesLead business meetings, client visits, and attend conferences to establish strong connectionsCollaborate with Pre-Sales, Project Managers, and Sales to shorten the buying cycle and improve conversion ratesMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize the sales processDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of STX Next’s services and the specific needs of the buyer personaKeep up to date on new technology trends and make recommendations on potential new service offerings and pricingRequirementsAt least 10+ years of proven, data-driven lead generation and sales experience in IT services and/or productsStrong track record of successfully acquiring clients from SMB and corporate sectorsEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, goal-oriented approachProspecting and networking skills, with the ability to build and manage your own pipelineAnalytical skills and attention to detail, with strong follow-up disciplineExperience working with prospects and clients from Poland and leveraging a strong local networkFamiliarity with account-based marketing strategiesStrong communication and presentation skills in Polish (fluent) and English (B2 level or higher)This role is ideal for a driven and entrepreneurial business developer with a strong network in Poland who thrives on building relationships and creating opportunities in the enterprise space.BenefitsWork-life BalanceWe are open to discussing individual needs.
