About the Client We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect who will join our client's team, supporting their project team in the oil and gas sector.What will you do:Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework to support strategic business and IT goals across the organization.Oversee and manage processes, ensuring alignment between architecture standards, IT governance, and application portfolio strategies.Design high‑level architectural solutions, selecting appropriate patterns and integration approaches to ensure scalability, performance, and interoperability.Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to define architectural roadmaps, guide project teams, and support decision‑making.Conduct architectural reviews, identify risks and gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall IT landscape. What we are looking for:Proven experience in enterprise architecture within a corporate group environment, including understanding of complex organizational structures and multi-domain application landscapes.Practical experience in defining and managing processes, such as IT Architecture Management (IT Governance) and IT application portfolio management.Strong knowledge of architectural patterns including monolithic, modular, microservices, and SaaS architectures, as well as multi‑system integration solutions.Familiarity with TOGAF as a methodological framework and proficiency with Sparx or similar modelling tools.Consulting experience is considered an advantageProficiency in Polish at a min C1 level and proficiency in English at a min B2 level Perks and benefits:Comprehensive benefits - enjoy Udemy for Business, private medical care, Multisport card, veterinary package, language lessons, and shopping vouchers.
