If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about driving seamless execution, this opportunity could be a perfect fit for you.Your tasksSupport cross-functional teams and help coordinate the delivery of products from design to releaseContribute to and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverablesSupport resource management — maintaining project role descriptions, assignments, allocations, budget tracking, and reporting in support of the implementationIdentify, track, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and dependencies, escalating risks as neededGenerate project status reports from initiation to delivery, including inputs to executive-level presentationsSupport the adoption of best practices and process improvements across the teamCollaborate with external customers and field-based employees as neededAssist in the selection, development, and evaluation of personnel to maintain high performanceRequirementsProven experience contributing to engineering programs and cross-functional teamsGood understanding of software product development lifecycle and agile development techniquesFamiliarity with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect program work to broader business goalsStrong communication skills — written, verbal, and in presentations — with the ability to work effectively across a geographically distributed teamOperational rigor to bring structure and clarity to complex effortsGood judgment and maturity in handling sensitive situations with discretionAdaptability to switch between strategic discussions and hands-on executionResiding in Poland required
