Engineering Manager

Position: Engineering Manager Work model: Hybrid from Krakow We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a backend team responsible for building and scaling a high-traffic platform. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and close collaboration with other teams to deliver stable, cloud-based solutions.Requirements: Several years of experience in software development, including leadership roles. Proven ability to build, lead, and grow engineering teams. Experience in designing scalable, distributed systems. Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes. Good communication skills and a mentoring mindset. Product-oriented approach and ability to work with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead the platform backend team. Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability. Participate in key technical decisions and maintain engineering best practices. Cooperate with SRE and DevOps teams.
