Engineer for Design and Process Improvement

Bachelor’s degree in engineering., Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product design, quality or related areas., Working knowledge of new product introduction, manufacturing processes, design for manufacturability, and design for assembly -- principles of DFMA are highly desired., Proved experience in Continuous Improvement and Project Management., Strong command of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment., Must be a team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must., Strong coaching skills to provide training and development for the organization., Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
