At least 5 years of project management experience in SAP environments, including S/4HANA transformation and greenfield implementation projects., Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology; certification preferred., Proven ability to manage executive‑level stakeholders as well as delivery teams., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client and team management., Experience with agile delivery methods and agile‑at‑scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe)., Demonstrated financial accountability, including budget management and forecasting., Innovation‑driven mindset with the ability to navigate complex, fast‑changing environments and deliver results under strict timelines., Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.
