About the project
Your responsibilities
- Being in the Bid Leader role, accountable and responsible for presales quality and efficiency, and the final result of the bid management process according to the company’s standards and methodologies
- Developing customer/subcontractor/vendor relationships, providing consultation to clients and the project team regarding technology, solutions, and implementation approaches during the presales and delivery stages
- Working as a Presales Community Leader, developing presales standards, and improving the competencies of key people involved in the bid management process
- Acting as a Delivery Manager in the initial project or service delivery phase, if necessary
- Supervising and supporting the delivery process, with PMO performing project audits for incompatibility and threat identification, promoting effective teamwork
- Addressing customer issues and working with sales teams to generate new business
- Participating in conferences to promote the maturity and potential of Sii
Our requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise level
- Knowledge of public procurement law and experience from participation in public tenders
- Excellent ability to analyse customers’ needs and requirements
- Familiarity with negotiation techniques
- Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes
- Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people
- Very good command of English and Polish
- Residing in Poland required
