Embedded Engineer

We are looking for an Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our team, bringing strong expertise in microcontroller-based systems, RTOS, and C/C++ development.Your responsibilities:Guide the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of embedded software systems. Lead the creation of technical specifications and define project timelines.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including hardware and software engineers, to support design, development, validation, and system-level optimization.Conduct and lead code reviews using Microsoft Azure DevOps.Create and maintain documentation covering firmware design, development processes, and usage guidelines.We are looking for you, if you have:Availability to work in the US time zone7+ years of experience in firmware design and development, with a focus on microcontrollers, RTOS, C/C++, and embedded platforms.Expert experience with development and troubleshooting on embedded targets, including familiarity with hardware design, schematics, and PCB layout.Demonstrated programming experience in C/C++ solving embedded firmware problems.Expert knowledge of RTOS/OS coding techniques.We offer:Participation in interesting and demanding projectsFlexible working hours A great, non-corporate atmosphereStable employment conditions (contract of employment or B2B contract)Opportunities for development and promotionAttractive package of benefitsWork model: remote or hybrid (2 days per week from the office)We reserve the right to contact the selected candidates.
