You sit at the intersection of business consulting, Shopify expertise, and data-driven optimization — guiding clients through store development, platform migrations, tech stack decisions, CRO initiatives, and growth planning.This is not a purely strategic role: you'll roll up your sleeves and work directly with clients and internal delivery teams to move things forward. You'll lead discovery workshops, define roadmaps, coordinate developers and designers, and report on results — all within the Shopify ecosystem.RESPONSIBILITIESWhat You'll Be DoingClient consulting & account ownershipOwn a portfolio of 5–10 DTC e-commerce client relationships simultaneouslySolve complex business problems for DTC e-commerce owners and managersAct as a trusted advisor for technology selection: apps, integrations, platformsLead discovery workshops and define e-commerce roadmaps aligned with client growth goalsPrepare and present regular performance reports; lead recurring client meetingsStore optimization & growthSupport clients in configuring, optimizing, and scaling their Shopify storesDesign and execute CRO strategies — identify opportunities, propose hypotheses, measure outcomesLeverage analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity) to diagnose performance gaps and drive improvementsMonitor and optimize key e-commerce KPIs: CR, AOV, LTV, CAC, and revenue performanceAdvise on and implement marketing automation flows (Klaviyo and similar platforms)Project coordination & deliveryCoordinate implementation team activities: developers, designers, and marketing automation specialistsOversee platform migrations (to Shopify from Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, etc.)Manage relationships with third-party service providers: marketing agencies, lawyers, app vendorsEnsure quality, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction throughout project deliveryREQUIREMENTSWhat We're Looking ForMust-have:Min. 3 years of experience in an e-commerce management or consulting role (eCommerce Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar)Practical experience with e-commerce platforms — Shopify experience is a strong advantageHands-on ability to work with analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar or ClaritySolid understanding of core e-commerce KPIs: AOV, LTV, CR, CAC, and conversion performanceExperience with marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, GetResponse, or equivalent)Good knowledge of CX / UX principles and how they translate to conversion outcomesAbility to advise on and evaluate supporting systems: ERP, WMS, PIM, OMSBasic familiarity with GTM (Google Tag Manager) setup and data layersEnglish at B2/C1 — capable of client communication in English when neededNice to have:Direct experience working in or with the Shopify ecosystem (Shopify Plus is a bonus)Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS — enough to communicate clearly with developersFamiliarity with Figma — ability to read and interpret UI mockupsExperience managing or coordinating a team of specialistsBackground in brand marketing or DTC brand growthExperience with Shopify migrations from Magento, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, or similarTOOLS & STACKWhat You'll Work WithShopify / Shopify Plus — primary platform for all client storesGoogle Analytics 4, Google Tag ManagerHotjar / Microsoft ClarityKlaviyo (or equivalent marketing automation platform)ERP / OMS / WMS systems (Baselinker, Comarch, Subiekt, etc.)Figma (reading designs and mockups)Notion / project management tooling for client coordinationBENEFITSWhat We OfferFully remote work — from anywhere, as long as you have a stable connectionFlexible working hours with core overlap 10:00–14:00 CETLearning & development budget for courses, conferences, and educational materialsEnglish language learning covered as part of the company package20 days of annual paid leaveWork on ambitious, real-world DTC brands across Poland and international marketsRegular internal and external training sessionsCollaborative, no-nonsense team culture — no unnecessary processesIntegration meetups with the broader Hyper Effekt team
