Early Phase Portfolio Coordinator (F/M/N)

Bachelor’s or MA’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Engineering., 5–10 years of experience in project or operations management in a biotech, startup, or research organization., Proven track record in budget management (OpEx/CapEx), resource planning, and operational execution., Experience contributing to grant funding or collaborative R&D projects., Hands-on, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment., Strong communication, emphatic, organization, and problem-solving skills., Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent)., Financial literacy and experience with ERP or budgeting systems.
