• A strong background in product management within the retail or eCommerce sector.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in analysing data to inform product decisions and optimise user experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A solid understanding of digital platforms and emerging technologies.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Requirements
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within DTC e-commerce environments.
• Strong experience working on consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven experience in post-purchase domains such as supply chain integrations, customer support systems, refunds, warranties, payments, or subscriptions.
• Experience with complex platform capabilities, including API-first architecture and third-party integrations.
• Experience working with checkout, cart, or conversion funnel optimization is a strong advantage.
• Strong ability to define KPIs and success metrics, and explain the strategic reasoning behind them.
• Track record of delivering complex initiatives in cross-functional agile environments.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear product priorities.
• Language Requirements
• This role requires excellent English communication skills.
• You must be able to operate in a fully international environment and confidently present ideas, strategies, and product decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English (minimum solid C1 level) is an absolute requirement, both written and spoken.
