FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST, EXPERIENCE IN LOGISTICS IS A MUST: MIN 2 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN FREIGHT FORWARDING, E-COMMERCE LOGISTICS, LOGISTICS, TRANSPORT, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, ONLY FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE, ___PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE APPLICATION IF YOU DON'T HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE IN BACK OFFICE IN LOGISTICS___, Ability to handle high-pace working environment - constant change, tight deadlines, and frequent multitasking - you will need to be able to solve min 50-100 cases a day, Experience in LOGISTICS SECTOR, TRANSPORT, e-commerce or high volume retail is preferred, Experience in working in e-commerce logistics e.g. in Amazon FC back-office would be an ADVANTAGE, Interpersonal communication and customer service skills, Experience in a customer-facing position within a large business organization REQUIRED, Knowledge of MS Office and similar software, and proficient computer skills, Ability to work under time pressure, solve problems and manage several tickets/cases at once
