Hands-on experience in e-bike, bicycle, or light vehicle mechanics or refurbishment, Proven experience leading or supervising a team on a production or workshop floor, Hands-on technical expertise. Diagnostic, repairs, and e-bikes refurb, Understanding of battery systems and ability to perform basic diagnostics and health checks, Solid understanding of quality control, from incoming parts and batteries to outgoing refurbished bikes, Organized and detail-oriented, Proficiency in English (C1) and fluency in Polish are required., A genuine interest/passion for e-bikes and urban mobility
