The company has over ten years of experience working with high-growth and PE-backed businesses, combining deep domain expertise with advanced technology to drive measurable results.In this role, the focus will be on leading the architecture, development, and production deployment of AI and machine learning systems, covering both large language model applications and traditional ML approaches. Close collaboration with data science, engineering, and product teams is expected to deliver scalable, high-performance AI-powered products.RequirementsDemonstrated track record of architecting and shipping AI/ML systems in production environmentsDeep hands-on expertise with large language models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, or equivalent) alongside classical ML techniquesStrong Python proficiency and working fluency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learnHands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps toolingSolid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including SQL and NoSQL databasesAbility to distill complex AI concepts into clear, non-technical communication for stakeholdersExperience providing technical mentorship and architectural guidance to engineering teamsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related disciplineResponsibilitiesArchitect and build end-to-end AI/ML systems, spanning LLM-based and traditional ML pipelinesTune and optimize models for production-grade scalability, latency, and cost efficiencyEvaluate and integrate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tooling as the field evolvesPartner with data engineering to design and maintain robust data pipelines for training and inferenceAlign AI system design with business goals and broader product strategyEstablish and enforce best practices around AI governance, model monitoring, and lifecycle managementAct as the organization's primary AI advocate, communicating the strategic value of AI-driven solutions to leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersBuild a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within AI/ML teams
