Director, Medicinal Chemistry

PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline., Minimum 10 years of experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry, including substantial experience in medicinal chemistry., Proven track record in small-molecule drug discovery, including hit-to-lead and lead optimization., Strong expertise in medicinal chemistry, SAR analysis, and compound optimization., Experience working in cross-functional discovery teams within a matrixed research environment., Prior experience in scientific leadership, team management, or mentoring is strongly preferred., Strong understanding of the broader drug discovery process, including the integration of chemistry with biology and preclinical research., Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills., Good command of English (spoken and written).
