We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. Responsibilities

  • Lead with insights to drive customer growth, be a trusted adviser to your sales partners, and leverage the full breadth of Customer Solutions Architect’s (CSA's) solutions to drive impact at scale across your portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Strategists to determine the optimal support for the client portfolio.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our clients' business issues.
  • Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for clients. Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.
  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or insight-based product solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or the media-specific industry.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns at scale with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of, and established relationships within, a specific region or the display advertising industry.
  • Understanding of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategies.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives to influence clients utilizing data and insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous solutions supported by internal teams.
